Gift Voucher Terms
- Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- If you’re unable to use your voucher before it expires due to exceptional circumstances, please get in touch before the expiry date and we’ll always do our best to help.
- Redeemable against any eligible Dartmoor Makers classes, workshops or studio sessions unless otherwise stated.
- Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- If the full value of the voucher is not used in a single transaction, the remaining balance can be issued as a new gift voucher. No cash change will be given.
- If the cost of the booking exceeds the voucher value, the difference can be paid at the time of booking.
- Lost or stolen vouchers cannot normally be replaced.
